ROC-2323P single-stage reverse osmosis controller
Single stage reverse osmosis equipment only needs to process the raw water through a pre-treatment system and precision filters, and then send it to the reverse osmosis equipment through a high-pressure pump to directly produce product water. |
ROC-2323P single-stage reverse osmosis controller
- Manually open the inlet and outlet valves of the sand filter and carbon filter.
- Turn the steering switch to the automatic position, press the automatic start switch, and the system will enter automatic operation mode.
- Open the first and second level reverse osmosis flushing valves, the unqualified water discharge valve, and the qualified water production valve respectively, and flush the raw water pump for 3-53-5 minutes before stopping the first level flushing valve. Adjust the first level concentration and shrinkage control valve until the required water production is reached, delay for 2 minutes, open the first level qualified water production valve, close the first level unqualified water outlet valve, put the first level reverse osmosis into operation, and the produced water enters the intermediate water tank.

Turbidity online analyzer
Turbidity online analyzer
Online turbidity analyzer is used to measure the degree of obstruction caused by suspended solids in water when light passes through. Water containing soil, dust, fine organic matter, and other microorganisms and colloids can cause turbidity in the water.
The light waves emitted by the transmitter on the sensor are absorbed, reflected, and scattered by the measured object during transmission. Some of the transmitted light can be directed towards the detector in the 180 ° direction, while some of the scattered light can be directed towards the detector in the 90 ° direction.
The intensity of light received by detectors in the 180 ° and 90 ° directions is related to the turbidity of the measured wastewater. Therefore, by measuring the intensity of transmitted and scattered light, the turbidity of the wastewater can be calculated
